Marc Cesarec joined the Encino office of Marcus & Millichap Capital Corporation (MMCC) in 2019. As a Vice President with MMCC, Marc is responsible for securing commercial debt and equity financing for an array of property types including multifamily, office, industrial, retail, senior housing, and hospitality. He is well connected with national, regional, and local funding sources including, but not limited to, agency lenders, commercial banks, CMBS lenders, life insurance companies, private and public funds, and bridge lenders.
Mr. Cesarec has more than 7 years of commercial real estate finance experience and has closed more than $300 million in transactions. Prior to joining MMCC, Marc served as Commercial Real Estate Business Development Officer with Logix Federal Credit Union and prior was a Sales Manger at H&R Block Mortgage and has over 17 years of national loan origination experience including commercial, residential, and consumer.
Marc is a graduate of the University of Redlands, where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Finance. Is also a member of the Mortgage Bankers Association.
